Nikos Karathanasopoulos
Personal information
Nikolaos Karathanasopoulos is a citizen of Greece and Switzerland. Raised initially in Greece and with a diploma in engineering from the University of Patras, he moved to USA for a Master of Science in Materials and Structures in the University of California, Berkeley. He holds a PhD degree from ETH Zürich in Switzerland. He has worked for the private sector in Zürich, performed research for CNRS in France, and for the Freenovation Program of Novartis in ETH. He currently holds a global network Faculty position for the New York University, leading a research group in NYU AD campus.
